Contaminated food, bug infestations, and overflowing toilets plague the new Everglades detention center, cruelly called "Alligator Alcatraz."

ICE can't hold people there without access to lawyers, so we're taking the Trump administration to court.
What You Need to Know About "Alligator Alcatraz"
A secretive, immigration detention camp in the Everglades is drawing national outrage for violating our constitutional rights, for its inhumane conditions, and significant environmental risks.

Advancing President Trump's political agenda is not one of those emergencies — and the former vice chief of the National Guard Bureau agrees.

This is a big win, but we will keep fighting until Mahmoud Khalil, Dr. Badar Khan Suri, and all people who are being detained by the Trump administration for their protected speech are free permanently.

Tell Congress: Dissent is not grounds for deportation.

The unconscionable, illegal arrests of Mahmoud Khalil, Rümeysa Öztürk, Badar Khan Suri, and other international scholars should alarm every one of us. Tell Congress to defend our right to free speech ...

58% of women in prison are mothers to minor children. Of those women, most are single mothers.

Hundreds of births take place in prisons and jails every year, often with the baby immediately separated from the parent after birth.

Veterans, seniors, legal residents, women, children--there is hardly a segment of American society that hasn't been viciously screwed over by the Shitler regime. It is in fact infuriating that those who fought for and defended the United States of America should be treated like so much garbage.
