An ACTUAL miracle happened today. I’ve had immense tooth pain since Tuesday. I thought I had just flossed too hard until Friday evening. By then all the dentists were closed for the weekend. And aspartame. So sugar free items are difficult bc they’ve gotta use something else in them. Made us a sweet little treat before reading the ingredients…aspartame. I felt so bad.
Trying to eat and cook healthier is very difficult when your husband is allergic to 99.9% of nuts, avocado and chickpeas.
