I'm just hoping that Nintendo doesn't see this as "S1 dynamo is clearly too strong even 10 years later" and instead as "the unique environment and mechanics of S3 has resulted in this weapon being way stronger than it was intended to be" and are not afraid to give other low tiers this type of rework
