Pros and cons of growing plants in winter:
Pros: fun, breaks up winter monotony
Cons: winter weeding, opening tunnels whenever the temp is above 40°F
A low tunnel garden with desired plants and weeds interspersed. The weeds and desirable plants are indistinguishable. A low tunnel garden setup freshly weeded.

A favorite from my collection - this luminous little one from the 1960s.
