I actually draw on pc and the program I use is Krita! I use a mix between these two brushes to get this style, but it's 90% done with Pencil 1.

Funny, somewhat related story, back in like 2023 when we were still on struggler's server I think, or just after. Once I'd learned the tools I edited the mimic tear to be Yukiyako in reference to the mimic tear joke back then lol.
