Attempted something new with my last piece of naan.

Did a white pizza with garlic butter on the crust. fresh mozzarella, shredded provolone, mild banana peppers, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes.

I’m happy with the result!!

Dinner is served, and there’s plenty leftover if yinz want some.

Went back to making another one of my favorite dishes to make: Sushi rice bowls!!

This one is cajun shrimp, cucumbers, roma tomatoes, green onion, soy sauce, drizzle of kewpie mayo and crushed wasabi nori.

With extra wasabi nori on the side to make mini rolls/eat on its own.

My Cardiac MRI results are back:

Left Ventricle severely dilated. Ejection fraction is 25%, up from 19% after 3 months of being on 4 medications.

They're certain the decrease in my heart's function is from the left bundle branch block. I'm now being referred to Electrophysiology.

I'm... yeah...

Having a Cardiac MRI done tomorrow to see if the 4 medications I've been on have improved heart's function.

This year has been rough for me with a 13 yr relationship ending, multiple hospital visits, surgeries, and now a damaged heart.

While I'm nervous, I'm hopeful. Love yinz. ❤️

Figured I would finally post at least something so people know this is actually me, and not some fake Fitzy.
