There was a restaurant in Portsmouth, NH called Molly Malones (now closed)... that had the most amazing and perfectly crafted corn beef hash ever placed in front of me. I last had it in 1996. and the dozens and dozens of subsequent corn beef hashes I've consumed have never lived up to Molly's.
