The only good side is it will slow the insane required spec inflation from games so we start seeing games targeting more modest specs instead of assuming everyone has 32GB of ram.

Australia has caps on all cons and they almost all sell out but it’s not really an issue, if you are at all tuned in to the release date you can get tickets, and most of them have months where tickets are still available.

Means the cons can accurately plan for numbers.
