If you're serious about budgeting, you can look for a refurbished M2 Pro or M3 Pro. The M2 Pro is more powerful than an M4 Air, if I'm remembering right.
But honestly, all the M-chip Macs are powerful. I have a M1 iMac which is chugging along well with content creation
