Minnie made a beeline for the park again this morning. Brandon took her up to the sundial to show her where her pawrents got married almost 8 years ago. Then she began laying plans for her Seattle treat extortion ring—starting with Mas Cafe next to our building.

We’re moving back to Seattle in a couple of weeks and we’ve had two separate family members ask if we’re taking our orange chairs. While we’re planning on donating a lot of furniture items, the orange chairs are definitely coming with us. Minnie would be so mad if we left them.

The fun part of having hide-and-seek veins? Four pokes to get an IV going. The smallest bruise, not on my hand, was the winner thanks to John from vein therapy. The biggest? The first poke from Cheryl the nurse who believed me when I said I needed the vein therapy people, but who had to try first.

had a great doctor’s visit today, then got a giant needle shoved in my knee joint (cortisone shot), the Timbers are ahead at the half, and Minnie got a job selling lemonade.
