Do not appease a real genocide because of a fantasy concerning the obliteration of a nuclear state. AOC and her fans talk about 'practical' politics. Just the threat of defunding the iron dome would be enough to make the genocide stop.

Expecting people to strongly oppose genocide is not really 'purity testing' is it? If you cannot unequivocally condemn it, you are implicitly supporting it.

You should have the grace to recognise that many people were simply unable to hold their noses and vote Dem. That is what resistance looks like. It does not make them worthy of your scorn. They have to be true to what they believe, as you have to make peace with your own choices. Unite don't fight!
