Flowers ⬇️ for a lady who lives near me, her husband died suddenly. Some people round here aren't nice about her, even over his death.

Last April, after a visit to the National Archives, I took a little stroll through nearby Richmond. And OMFG! The £300,000 one-bedroom flats mentioned in the article are worth more than twice as much than what I paid for my comfortable but modest three-bedroom flat in (expensive) The Hague.

I can believe it!! ... there are parts of York that are similarly expensive. That is totally ridiculous for a one bed flat though!!
