I was wrong about the NYTimes cookbook. It's from 1961. It was my mom's, but since she was born in '55, it was probably her mom's.

This is a literal problem. The family bathrooms are very far away. Under the capital policy I can't use the men's room and my beard is going to cause problems in the women's room.
