Lived down the road from one of their biggies in Finsbury Park. Definitely shady. My housemate's mother frequented it and was a very odd woman. She would barge into our bedrooms and throw holy water over our furniture. Say I got a job because she prayed for it. It was funny until it wasn't

That's awful. Applying for jobs is 'orrible enough! Although my friend in Sweden said over there if you don't get a job after interview they don't even bother telling you 😬

Hi Blakeley 👋! I work for CAB now, I recommend asking your local CAB if they have a housing team. If so they can help you with things like this. A little friendly pressure from them may help! Good luck dude

I concur, I used to get one of these in my stocking at Christmas. Although one year when small I ate an entire one and made myself sick, I can now no longer eat them !

I volunteered for a Crisis At Christmas one year, it was the must uplifting and great experience. Well done for all you do for homeless people this time of year 👏

Yep, all of her books that I owned have been 'gifted' to my local charity shop as well. A friend of mine tried to do the same and the charity shop refused to take them because they had too many 😅
