The orchard I visit in CA (sadly no Macintosh or Cortland 😭) has like 20 varieties that come and go during the season. I'm partial to Mutsu for an eating apple, but really need to try branching out for pie (usually I just get Granny Smith apples).

NGL, this is why I prefer fansubs. There's often little puns or interesting bits that enhance understanding/enjoyment of J-dramas that are missing from the Netflix subs (Kurosagi has a lot of these). I tend to :/ when the official subs are nothing like what's actually being said.
