conistently the idea of maybe getting on HRT comes foward but i shove it to the background cuz i dont feel as if i have the community support to get on something like that could potentially unstablize me, annoying asf

im pretty sure my therapist tried to communicate that its an ocd complusion, and that im most comfortable to blame my mother on my low self esteem and my uncomfterbaleness with authenticity, and its keeping me stuck. idkkkkkkkk it so had to wrap my head around it all like imm soooooooo

apart of me just wants to throw it away rather then ever to wear it out ever again because i dont want to be perseived like im inadequate and unstable and just cut my shit up. like even when i was doing it i hear my mother voice bullying me if i ever have the audacity to wear it out
