Dinner is an ode to my beloved Italian flavours- Ahi Tuna marinaded in Dijon, crab meat, fresh rosemary, fresh oregano, balsamic vinegar, garlic and garlic herb salt with chopped capers. I deglazed the pan with 2018 Roveglia Limne Lugana and put in a tablespoon of butter to make a sauce. #chef

A meal in many parts- this is my take on Tuna served the Sicilian way. Seared rare and simmered in sauce of tomatoes, crab, herbs, garlic and white wine and accented by briny capers and olives with a chili paste. Salty, spicy with all of your favorite flavors of the ocean. #cooking #food

Here is the video of the course we did today- it’s hard for me to remember that Big Red is quirky and not easy sometimes, but we jump around and do it well so that’s all I ask! He was really amazing today. #eqbsky

Months ago, I said that Lewis was going to bring a unique set of skills to the table when he came to Ferrari that would help propel the team forward. Hearing stuff like this makes me hopeful for the future trajectory of the team, even if we can’t see it yet.
