How to make hk cheese baked rice:
Make rice
Make fried rice
Realise you forgot to put mushrooms in the fried rice but it's fine I can put it in the sauce
Realise you only have gluten free flour but whatever (cal will unearth the wheat flour later)
Make mushroom white sauce
Slap on rice
Bake
Make rice
Make fried rice

I miss germany actually 🥲 I think I properly fell in love with berlin this time around because I was suddenly so aware of what a historic city it is. Anyway finally saw my family this weekend and shared some treats with them including a riesling (my fave) from the first riesling estate
