The conditions of the funding stipulate that for the fourth advance of the funding the city needs to achieve its Housing Supply Growth Target and Additional Targets (so Schedule B). There's also this:

Section A contains specific action items, so things the city will undertake.

Section B resembles Farkas' remarks - it includes housing supply growth targets.

Does anyone know what the Calgary budget means for non single family homes? I’d seen before adjustments multi-residential was seeing a big increase and I wonder what it means (renters?, landlords?)

pedal pubs — I always laugh at how they became a part of Main Streets in Calgary, and think abt how they are a business that creates traffic calming…. But look at this rendering…now they’ve taken over the imaginations of city planners….
