Genuinely don’t think I would still be here today if I had to loathe who I was and how I felt all these years later, the pressure would’ve been too much to bear surely. Queer people being themselves regardless of everything doesn’t just save them, but also saves others. It’s all so epic

Queer people (honestly fairly) outcasted me when I was like that but I’m really thankful for the few that put up with me being like that long enough to show me that being gay and trans isn’t like the dunce hat that the conservative media painted it as.
