I thoroughly enjoyed it. I hadn't realised it was a follow up to A Spring of Love,it finished the story of those characters well.
All settled in here. I even ventured out last night to the bar and sat talking to other residents for a while. Several visitors this week blown away by how lovely it is.

Yes, a very atmospheric writer. That book was challenging in places but not unenjoyable. She creates people and places in that book that really come alive.
