Yeah that was an obnoxious move

It did look like the glucose was creeping up but the diabetes one was pretty much in the middle of the range. However I should prob eat less sugar. I have a terrible sweet tooth.

Yeah the higher glucose was likely because I didn’t fast but my doc said only the average over time matters. Also 5k calories a day??? I can only dream.

Not saying there aren’t problems in the industry! But I personally know many journalists with the highest of standards who sacrifice so much for their profession and this situation is a giant slap in the face.

There are plenty of journos on here posting that she should be fired and never work anywhere near the industry again.

I have a hard time believing any editors did know because this situation is absolutely beyond the pale. If they did know they should lose their jobs as well.

The industry isn’t just New York, LA, DC, and mass media platforms. There are hardworking ethical journalists all over the country who are angry as hell. And this situation wasn’t an open secret! It was just a secret, which is why it’s getting so much attention.
