Watched Peter Pan.
It was fun but DAMN people really were not kidding about it being pretty shitty about indigenous people. And I have mixed feelings about how it treats Wendy. Girl deserves better than the crap she was getting.

On the topic of me being too used to smaller fandoms, one time I saw someone say that En☆s fandom was "small compared to the other fandoms they'd been in" and I was so shocked by that statement that I had to check what was the general AO3 fandom tag size for all the fandoms I've posted for

There are so many amazing Japanese artists on here, some who have been here since the very beginning, who don't get as many likes as they should because bsky is actively hiding their posts from everyone if they don't have English words in their posts! Please help JP artists by turning this off! 🙌
heads up that bluesky doesnt show posts from other languages by default on your timeline, and its cutting you off from a lot of the community
go to bsky.app/settings/lan... and deselect any language from this setting, or else you might not see any of the new japanese users at all!
