I can’t think of anything that MADE me see trans individuals as people. I always just did. The idea of seeing other people as being “less human” for being different always seemed insane to me and makes zero logical sense.

Oh yeah I forgot about that one. I don’t ever really go for any specific aesthetic so I forget a lot of them BUT knowing them is super helpful for inspo!!!

Honestly, I think you kinda deserve to be smug for a little bit. That’s amazing!

If you decide to say fuck it and follow through, looking up pastel goth might give you inspiration on how to incorporate the color 🤷🏼‍♀️ also I love that YouTuber.

Maybe! Idk how you hold your needles so this might not help, but I tend to try and only hold the needles with my finger tips. To help keep the tension out of my hands. That being said, I don’t do continental knitting. I kind drop my needle when I throw the yarn with my right hand (barely)

3) treating it this way has also helped me with the pain in my wrists. I can knit/crochet for hours without feeling a thing (it’s still good to take breaks though).

2) the yarn should just be gliding through your fingers, not tightening around them so if it is either you need to loosen your fingers or it might be caught/tangled on something. As it begins to feel more natural to relax your body, the speed will come with it. 3)

Ok, in my experience, if there’s a lot of tension in your knitting, you’re probably also holding a lot of tension in your body too. Try treating it like a mediation practice. Slow it down, breathe deeply, and relax your body as you knit. Maybe even shake your hands out a little from time to time. 1

This doesn’t surprise me one bit and tbh…,I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner.
