Exactly what he was saying in his shit-post. Likely he posted before someone told him Reiner's son was arrested. He was suggesting that one of his followers committed the murder and deservedly so. He was perfectly fine with it.

He wrote this before the news of a suspect was announced and it sure as hell sounds like he's thinking one of his supporters murdered Reiner and his wife on his behalf, and he's happy about it because they deserved it.
