That's my go to solution if I couldn't find another way to clear it. When I'm back from my trip, I want to try that out.

Probably a lot of other people who are running out of space on their phones wonderimg where it all went, so maybe others will search and see my post.

From one picture, they look like they have very different personalities. The one further back looks more shy, but probably more of a lap cat that loves belly rubs. The one in front looks like the aggressor that demands treat treats immediately. But probably a little more playful. Total guesses.

Never saved a time lapse video. I usually check on a print as it's going but that's it. I haven't pursued the issue further but kind of shocked it was eating so much space. Being a Chinese company, there is always the fear of them spying on you... this situation doesn't make you think otherwise.

It's money laundering.

Every one of the companies involved will have ties to the Trump family. They are fleecing the country.

Are reporters & Democrats taking notes? They creating a list? Every company involved in this needs to be brought up on charges when Dems eventually regain control.

If something is going to retail for $400, then it's BOM should be roughly $80 to $130. That's the general rule of manufacturing. So that one component has already broken this theoretical $400 price.

Unless Valve is subsidizing the price since it makes bucket loads of money through Steam.

Imagine the SHITSTORM our press & Republicans would have had if the roles were reversed & Biden invited this guy to the WH!

I can't even process how INSANE Republicans would have gone.

But not only is it crazy that our media has normalized it, but cowardly Democrats have basically stayed quiet.

The GPU by itself will be more. Who the hell is coming up with these numbers?!

Oh for fucks sakes, we don't need that shit. Get a damn life.

The single biggest take away for people should be this:

Those jobs disappeared, yes. But they disappeared over the course of like 50 YEARS.

These days, some entire industries seem to explode in 50 MONTHS or less. Like with mother nature and evolution, you can adapt, but not that quickly.
November 14, 2025 at 2:03 AM
None of these are real projects. It's simply money laundering.

Are Democrats taking notes? Are they tracking this money? ALL people involved should be brought up on charges in 3 yrs if Democrats don't totally fuck up their chances like they usually do.
November 14, 2025 at 1:50 AM
Why don't they start paying taxes too!
November 14, 2025 at 1:43 AM
They'll NEVER do any of that stuff. I mean, they SHOULD. But they're too cowardly to actually USE the power that the voters give them. They'll end up giving away most of their power by negotiating with those treasonous Republicans.
November 14, 2025 at 1:42 AM
So when/if Democrats ever regain control, why won't they IMMEDIATELY stop that corporate welfare and hike up taxes for these company???

Why should we vote Democrat, if they don't do Democrat things?

It's worse than just being afraid of retribution.

Many of them are ACTIVELY promoting propaganda. W/ the recent appointment of that right wing twat to run CBS News, a once trusted news source is now actively censoring their news to make him look good (ex: 60 Minutes debacle from previous week).

That's why Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Aston Martin, M-B, Ford and a few others have pulled back their EV plans.

Suggestion for those who know nothing about cars to probably sit this one out.
November 14, 2025 at 1:06 AM
Sure I am.

That's why all the large sports car makers have pulled back their plans on electrification after their initial releases have been shunned on the marketplace.

Go touch grass if you think any of that will happen.

Some of you folks are sooo out of touch.

Dems ran the show & they couldn't punish him & somehow some of you people think a GOP controlled government is going to turn on their own president who's still wildly popular in most conservative circles.

In the 50s, Truman understood that you need to sell these subjects to the masses.

Modern Democrats don't understand this.

SELL your ideas & change opinions on topics by connecting w/ average folks. 50+ yrs GOP has vilifisd that term; it's not going to be seen as a positive thing all by itself.
November 13, 2025 at 11:31 AM
Our media is complicit in both getting him elected and in normalizing the corruption having right now in DC.
November 13, 2025 at 3:54 AM
But he's right.
That is a perfect application for AI.

You already can set up AI voices with accents and psuedo personalities that you can interact w/ on a myriad of topics. Pinning one to specific NPCs in a game where they can communicate w/ more than a couple of canned responses would be amazing.

Excellent news.
November 13, 2025 at 3:35 AM
You don't seriously think their suppliers are hearing about this now from this press release?!? They've probably had meetings about this for multiple years now with plans already in full swing by now.
November 13, 2025 at 3:34 AM
No one wants an electric sports car.
November 13, 2025 at 3:30 AM
Let's use the proper term.

It's not sharing.

It's stealing.

China stole Western tech to leap frog 60+ yrs in automotive engineering in just a few short yrs. Everyone seems to forget that the Chinese were building essentially tuk-tuk levels of technology before the influx of Western companies.
November 13, 2025 at 3:25 AM
But it is political. SOME people on the left just love being the busy-body types that annoy others having a good time. They're all about making everyone as miserable as they are. If you replace your car trip with an ebike trip, that's still not good enough for them.
