These sites essentially create a database of individuals for people with differing views on contentious topics like Israel-Palestine, DEI, Charlie Kirk and higher ed to find people to harass, intimidate, stalk etc., with users increasingly the sites to try to get people fired

This definitely heightens legal risks like discrimination lawsuits etc. for companies, but it also creates unfair obstacles for applicants and employees. The tradeoff for making a company more marketable because it uses AI in some way isn't always worth the cost and shouldn't be forced
