She was custom trained and made by Vedal who regularly streams dev streams with her most of the time.

Neuro actually helped VTubers grow in popularity.

It was not Neuro's fault she said that, it was chat who tricked her, and it was back in 2022. Also what you are doing is undermining how much effort Vedal, the creator, is putting into her. Neuro doesn't steal anything like AI art, in fact she boosted other Vtubers and helped them gain popularity.
