During the worst of it. I smashed a hole over a door and bought some high grade climbing rope, and made a noose. And I used to sit furiously trying to finish High Court Injunctions which would save me, whilst simultaneously sitting with a noose around my neck.

The best preparation for going to a protest is to apply heavy barrier cream to face, neck, and I'm not joking, try get in and around the ear, not like shoving cream in, put rub around as far as a finger will go.
