Though we’ve always struggled to keep our heads just above water, I’m so grateful to still be making ttrpgs full time, creating worlds inspired by my favourite media, and working with some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Creativity is so important in this capitalist nightmare. Keep exploring! 💛

The bit in Mario 64 where you swim down and see an enormous conger eel emerge from obscurity. I think it was a combination of my age, my first time experiencing 3D graphics, and all those nature documentaries on deep sea creatures.

Kat (she/they) has worked closely with us over the years as a writer on various projects, co-designer for Argo-0, and co-founder of Hatched Games. She also has a lot of experience in game facilitation, production (most recently with AP channel StoryWeave Productions) and project management, and is looking forward to getting stuck in!
