Start out jogging at a pleasant pace until you find far-right garbage on a lamppost. Scrape the sticker off, then run flat-out to the next lamppost. Rest while checking for more stickers. Repeat until all the trasc is gone.

Last night's Hash was beautiful, even if it was a five mile death march uphill. #boise #running
