Felt so nice to get in the class today a bit early, alleviated some holidays anxiety - and got to meet lots of the new staff!

I don't have the thousands of followers on edutwitter that it seems everybody on here does, but here goes...

I'm about to go into my 2nd year as Head of Year 2 in an international school, and we are expanding to 7(!) form entry - which seems overwhelming right now!

Any advice?
