Europe messed up that one. All the software Europe uses, including their precious WhatsApp, is American.

The EU pushed the UK too far with making them adopt the metric system. That’s worse than trying changing the side of their steering wheels.

Now I know Canada has a dual school system. I don’t know how other bilingual countries do it, but I think Belgium has a single school system that teaches both in French and Dutch.
