From the New York Times on WaPo 30% reduction: “The cuts are a sign that Jeff Bezos, who became one of the world’s richest people by selling things on the internet, has not yet figured out how to build and maintain a profitable publication on the internet.”

Um….Neville Chamberlain called. He wants his naivety back.

“British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called for calm discussion between the allies, adding he did not believe Trump was considering military action to seize Greenland.”

This meeting in Denmark sounds a whole lot like appeasement.

I line the hard line of NATO. We need the world to stand firm and contain this.

And we all need to focus on protecting free and fair elections in November.

Removing face coverings is key to accountability and in line with other identification requirements for law enforcement.

I think we all need to have the same set of rules and standards and moral obligations, regardless of the person, the situation, the politics, the party. No one is perfect and everyone deserves justice and human rights.

It’s Public Radio Music Day. It’s a celebration of art over algorithms. It’s a celebration of discovery, diversity, and deep listening. Keep the music playing in stations across the nation.

What the constitution means to me.1
Playing at the Chance Theater now through Oct 26.
Anger and sadness
at our imperfections as a country, but
incredible hope
of what We The People could do.
If we wanted to
If we made the effort
Made the time

At least go see the play!
