Look, the storm's gone...
To any morons who are knee-jerk making this about defending white voters, it is about condemning all Trump voters! Get a clue!!!!!

They are ALL THE PROBLEM. Anyone who voted for Trump, regardless of race, is the problem.

OT but 20% of Trumps votes came from
non-white voters in 2024. Why make it about race? So 16 million+ voters who did this to us don’t count?

Tie center of the world? Was there a unusually formal, Tic-Tac-Toe World Championship held there?

Flash forward to 2025 and Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo which gives ICE agents the power to stop, question, and detain people based on appearance, language, and accent.

Roberts voted with the 6-3 majority. So I guess there WERE arguments, his included, to support it.

Roberts is a DISGRACE.

20 years later, the September 2025 shadow docket 6-3 decision in Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo now gives ICE agents the power to stop, question, and detain people based on appearance, language, and accent.

Roberts voted with the majority in favor of the decision.

Worst Chief Justice in history.

Roberts: I suppose a case like that could come before the
Court. I would be surprised to see it, and I would be surprised if
there were any arguments that could support it.

From John Robert's confirmation hearing in 2005: |

Senator Leahy: Can I assume that you would hold the internment of all residents of this country who are interned just because they have a particular nationality or ethnic or religious group, you would hold that to be unconstitutional? 1/

An interesting exchange from Robert's confirmation hearing:
