Watched the Hello! Project 2021 summer concert [Sapphire] tonight. It was a solid concert and I really enjoyed it. Everyone looked like they had so much fun! I'll comment on performance that left a big impression on me!

During a recent medical examination, Ishiguri Kanami has been diagnosed as having physical problems due to a disturbance of the autonomic nervous system caused by a panic disorder. The doctor has advised her to avoid excessive exercise and stressful work for the time being. (1/2)

I wish I could have seen heartstopper when I was younger... I think it would have help me so much to realize and understand that I'm asexual. I'm so happy teens will see this and maybe understand there's nothing wrong with them
