So this unit has some sort of issue with the analog board and I highly suspect an issue with the floppy drive. I haven't looked inside the case yet but will do so when I get a chance. When I adjust the brightness knob the screen doesn't dim smoothly. Dimming past half it gets full dark.
Suggestions?

Don't feel bad about it John. Retro computing doesn't come cheep, especially these days with ebay prices and the Orange Doofus.
I have Patreon and Ko-Fi accounts, but I haven't advertised them due to lack of content.
Patreon is perfectly reasonable for you though because who doesn't love jank!
