I got a 4K Roku as an experiment to see if I could resolve my ongoing issues with PLEX, and as it turns out all my grievances are with Sony & how shitty and limited they mandated the PLEX app to be on PlayStation. I'm having zero issues and loving having a remote as my navigation device.

About 75% of the way in, Matrix 4 has a scene from a better movie in it, and up until that point I was along for the ride on a meta-commentary about legacy sequels that was intentionally underwhelming. You can't have The Sauce for five minutes and then pretend you're making it shitty on purpose.

Had an excellent find at Goodwill today after buying birdseed at the farm supply next door. I got my hands on one of these for $20 in perfect working order. I added to the trash heap audio setup I have going and it fits right in, might be the best sounding piece of hardware I have.

I like how The Matrix gives you every reason to buy into Morpheus' bullshit and then in Reloaded you find out the people in charge treat him like a Pastafarian. It is extremely funny that the Flying Spaghetti Monster guy is right about the way to save the world.

There's a certain subsection of hobby dedication where I think you would be better off just smoking crack both in terms of your health and finances. This is one of those.
