Earlier this month there was an aggressive black cat near the Free Bridge side of the Rivanna Trail. It was captured, and last night the rabies test came back positive.

I eventually found a NYT story on these protests but it was hard, def not part of their rolling front page section on the DC takeover. It's an editorial choice to keep protests less visible. It makes Trump appear stronger than he is & kneecaps the momentum opposition needs. Make a different choice.

Hopped back on Facebook very briefly and it was amazing how quickly that platform put me in a bad mood with all the mean comments and biting attitudes. It's hard starting over on a new platform, but am hoping that good community connections can thrive here in this more compassionate space.

Shame on Uber! Drove 22 miles & wasted 1 hr to pick up an order from a store where a crime scene had closed the area. Called requesting pay for circumstances beyond my control. They won't pay me a dime. Make it clear that the exploitation of drivers is unacceptable:
