With all due respect, dear Celia, but you are sometimes way too nice to people. Most of the times it’s justified, but w/ doctors sometimes this rule applies: if they question your sanity, if they suggest to see a therapist you gotta bring out your mean attitude and hit them back … hard.

I don’t have a recommendation per se but when I moved back to Germany I mailed them w/ USPS Airmail M-Bags. (Explicit for printed materials) Beware though you may have to pay import taxes and duties, if you hit certain value targets. Oh and it takes time. Iirc about a month.
