I don't know. Estimates are hard to come by. All U.S. citizens, whether they live in or outside the country, generally have to follow the same rules for filing federal taxes, and tax returns can be filed with a non-U.S. address:

Find tax filing and reporting information for U.S. citizens or resident aliens who reside and earn income overseas.
