Bad photo where my face is only visible from the tip of my nose down. I’m in a hospital bed with my newborn son laying on my chest. He is only a few hours old. I’m smiling. I’m stuck in town waiting for the mechanics to finish with my car (why is there no hatch on Ford suvs???) so I’m trying a place I’ve only been to a couple of times and treating myself to a cider with lunch. 🤤🤤🤤

My toddler is trying to ride his new tractor on his slide. (The slide is lying flat on the ground) The tractor wheels in the front are narrow enough to fit the slide, but the back wheels are too wide. He has been attempting to do this for 10+ minutes.its not working and he is getting mad about it.

Today is my baby’s birthday! He is growing like a weed and looks closer to 3 than 2. He loves water, rocks, Bluey, & me. Possibly in that order 😂 He is hella smart but doesn’t speak well yet, which can lead to frustration for both of us. It hasn’t been easy doing it alone, but I wouldn’t change it 💙
