The way I look at past lives in the chart allows for correction of past life problems through tests in this lifetime, hopefully leading to growth in the area being tested. So yes, up to this point he is failing the tests in THIS lifetime.

Hegseth's chart is interesting. Scorpio on the 12th house cusp, to me, reveals past life delusions of grandeur when it comes to power, especially with its ruler, Pluto, retrograde in the 10th. Both reveal a lifetime of being tested over and over. I think he's failing those tests.

The Simian Crease is found in less than 3% of the population. Because of my work I've met many people with the single crease, intense and interesting individuals, all. I would add that I find all my clients to be fascinating because we are all one of a kind, despite cultural expectations.
