We took it easy today to help adjust to the time and we have a busy next few days. We checked out two Christmas Markets, which Paris is not known for, for good reason. Walked through Jardin des Tuileries and then had a dessert and some champagne before showering.

My mom went through an all caps phase so excuse that! But it’s in the official family book.
I made half a recipe last week and it made one 9x13 pan. It’s better in an iron skillet but I could take it to work in that. (And in case you don’t know PET milk is evaporated milk.)
