Cancer costs the average patient nearly $33,000 in their lifetime. As part of our 2026 #ONBudget recommendations, we're urging MPPs to work with us on practical steps that begin to reduce these costs for those affected by #cancer, as well as prevention and hospice investments including:

We recommend that the Ontario government: provide public coverage for Take-Home Cancer Drugs, prioritize an evidence review to fund PSA testing for prostate cancer for asymptomatic men, and run a pilot project for free parking at Ontario’s 14 cancer centres. #onpoli
This week we attended the Ontario Minister of Finance’s Pre-Budget Consultation to highlight the voices of 65K+ Canadians who signed our cost of cancer petition. While the average cancer patient faces ~$33k in out-of-pocket costs over their lifetime, we called on the government to reduce that burden

I rent a lot of cars for work and noticed in 2022 that I was getting offered Teslas at DEEP discounts from Hertz. Like, save half my money if I get one of these instead of a Jeep Compass.
