I don't want to say I'm a genius but I've been running btrfs for the better part of 4 years and only just found out the snapshot feature requires a daemon process to make it run automatically....

Managed to revive a broken MP3 player I bought off eBay, blog post to follow!
Really happy with this one because:
1) it cost me 20 quid.
2) there was very little info on this kind of failure, so hopefully the blog will help some other people avoid ewaste!
