It doesn't really matter, I'm never gonna "do numbers" regardless, but I really wish this site would suggest hashtags and show their popularity as you type them, like cohost did. As someone not so engaged, I feel like I always miss the bigger ones.

I was in charge of bringing Christmas dinner dessert this year so tried my hand at a first Bûche de Noël (yule log). A bit clumsy, as is my tradition, but I was fairly happy with the result. Taste and texture were both quite good. #baking #holidaybaking #bakersofbsky

Not the most reflective of my gaming year as a whole, most of my play was non-steam before the last couple of months. I was so close to completing FFXVI too but then met a woman and yeah... I'll get back to it over the holidays😄

Just me or was there a hint of offside on the build-up to both the second and third Miami goals? I'd like to see another, proper replay but ah well. GGs Whitecaps, a great season and hopefully another one next year.

Not that I've ever do more than a handful per year anyway but Twitch recap has made me aware that I haven't streamed even once this year. Still a bit of time to left establish a more regular habit for next year though.🤔 I don't expect much but it'd be nice to get a little community going #streaming

I hate watching MLS because the refereeing is a disgrace. That was not even a foul by Blackmon and he gets a second yellow! He got the ball and barely touched the guy! Where is the VAR check on that?? And of course Son converts the resulting free kick. Unwatchable.

We'll see how things shake out but right now it looks like the Steam Machine might be the first non-laptop computer I buy in my adult life.

So my art-a-day challenge thing in October really floundered... How do people keep up with that sort of thing when there are always so many other things that need doing in a day? Certainly doesn't help that I draw really slowly but still, kudos to those who can manage to do it.

A little late but Happy Halloween from everyone's second favourite Burmecian, Sir Fratley! The mask didn't come together but I was relatively happy with how the spear and clothes turned out. Haven't sewed in possibly actual decades so it was great to up that skill a bit. #FFIX #halloween #cosplay

Joined the bsky ink making club this weekend, inspired and informed by @lorenschmidt.bsky.social. Haven't used it yet, but these weren't black walnuts so it's probably fairly light, we'll see. Time to make a quill pen! (and eventually get a dip pen, not sure I should use this in a cartridge)
