WOOOOOOOOO! New monsters for the #MonsterHunter Pokemon Romhack!

I've added four new monsters, such as:
- Anjarunt, a Pre-Evo to Anjanath (finally)
- Gobul!
- Seltas and Desert Seltas (with more to come, of course)
