One way to deal with hate on social media is top-down moderation. Another option is counter speech, the collective moderation by citizens. A study of German Twitter from 2015–2019 identifies effective counter speech strategies—including sarcasm. In PNAS Nexus: https://ow.ly/csZK50XGteK

I went to the Museum of Modern Art today and other than enjoying the beautiful paintings and installations from real artists, I followed their instructions to create a poster with a message for my community in their creativity lab 🙃 Enjoy!
