I'm not sure when I'll feel better. Things started out good two weeks ago, got a new phone; however, that meant one of my abusers was no longer blocked. Then our A/C died, it was a 5 day wait for the new one in 100° weather, during which the dude (didn't recognize his number) kept spam-texting me.

The cold snap last week meant that a number of the plant babies were pulled indoors. Can't believe the pomegranate sapling is as big as it is.

While I was sick I had a mighty need for comfort food. Since we are planning to plant some pumpkins soon I figured we might as well start learning recipes in advance! It was so good that it was gone in two days. 😋

We've been cooking with nopales A LOT lately and craving Prickly Pear fruit itself, so we decided to grow our own.

Whew! Taking a break now. We ended up starting most of our seedlings (multiplie cultivars of beans, okra, basil, spinach, arugula, fig, blackberries, pomegranates, olives, & tomatoes) & repotted some house plants (including the black and white lillies). Scrubbed down the hydroponic set up too.
